My Breath

My breath falls away from me as I choose my words….

Holding tight against my chest…

My breath….

The words fall short of my lips…

Tightening my breath…

The words connect with each heart beat…

Pressing against my chest…. 

My breath….

Gasping deep within my gut…

Wrenching harder with every thought….

Breathing deeper…

Wanting to express….

My deepest wishes within this mess…

My breath…

Escapes me…

The words compressed….

Wanting only happiness…

Holding on to hope …

As I breathe in this very Breath.…

It is wanting control…

Is fighting the forces…

The energies here to help us…

The hardest part..

Is giving it to God, Goddess, Spirit or Creator….

When they know where we are going…

Our destination is predetermined…

Our wishes on a soul level known…

The hardest part is asking…

Please help me see the light…

To release my fears and need for control…

Remind me of my trust and faith ….

I should not hesitate…

The hardest part is remembering…

It will all work out…………….
